Two O’clock early afternoon on the estate, most residents were out working to pay off their mortgages.

An overcast gray sky was getting darker by the minute; the threat of heavy rain keeping non-working residents indoors.

Wearing hoodies and leggings to protect against the cold, Samara and Caroline glided silently over the pavement on their designer trainers.

“Fucking taters out here mate.”

“Tell me about it Sam.”

“How far is it Cal?”

“You can see it from here mate, I’d point it out to yer, but all these bleeding gaff’s look the same to me.”

Thirty yards up ahead, Samara spotted a young female coming out onto the pavement from one of the houses.

“Ere Cal, that her?”

“Yeah, come on, lets catch up girl.”

“Looks like a smarmy bitch Cal. Fit though.”

“Whose side you fucking on Sam?”

With her back to the Girls, Tracy was completely unaware of her pursuers.

Catching up, Caroline aggressively shoved a gloved palm violently into Tracy’s back, causing her to trip forward. Regaining her balance, Tracy turned to face her attacker.

“Tracy mate, herd you’ve got a problem keeping your bleeding trap shut. Trying to get me in the shit were yer? Fucking bitch.”

“Two dumb as bricks schoolgirls, think you’re going to intimidate me do yer?”

“That’s a big word for a tired old slut like you Tracy, you need to concentrate on lying on your back, and getting paid for it, like you normally do. Jacques is with me now, you need to keep your big mouth shut, you fucking toe rag.”

“You’re funny Caroline, and if I don’t, what you gonna do about it?”

“You’re getting a good slapping, that’s what.”

“Yeah really, what about your mate here, the black bitch slapper, she the one who’s gonna do it for yer, yeah?”

“You calling me a black slapper bitch?”

“Yeah, they say your cunts had more pricks than a second-hand dart board, what you gonna do about it?”

Lunging forward Samara shouted: “I’m gonna Jook you up for that, you fucking slag.”

Tracy felt something cold penetrating deep under her rib cage, time seemed to slow down. A warm sticky liquid running down her stomach. A Spinning sensation, the sky blurred. Falling, her head hit the pavement, strong pain shot down her left arm. Paralyzed, lying on the pavement, she wanted to scream, but her brain had disconnected, the sound wouldn’t come out. Looking up, desperately trying to remain conscious, a black cloud was descending towards her. Intense whistling rang in her ears. Water droplets were hitting her face. Shivering cold, numbness, the whistling sound faded, then nothing.

Heavy rain bounced off Tracy’s face, but her eyes remained wide open. Blood dripping from the blade in Samara’s hand was getting diluted and washed away by the rain.

The two Girls legged it all the way to Caroline’s house. Twenty minutes went by before a passing van driver stopped to see what had happened.
